I got the five of pentacles, the core meaning of which is a "physical need"
Now this can be interpreted as someone needing help with something from moving a sofa to a more pressing need like somewhere to sleep or even food to eat.
It's also hinted that the help they need is close by and they are being ignorant towards it being there.
So in other words I take it meaning that I need some help with something and I just need to ask for it and it shal be there.
