Meaning - Rough waters ahead
Try as hard as you might you just cant put your troubles behind you. You feel stick and uunable to move out of a difficult predicament. Perhaps you have elected the easy way out or have simply buried your head in the sane. You need to face reality and confront your difficulties, You need to traverse a alot of rough water before yourlife can settle down again.

Sometimes this card can literally signify a change of travel plans or the cancellation of a journey

Meaning: A sense of power, Strength in adversity

The Swords relate to strife, conflict and difficulty and being an ace is about the start of something, This could mean that im about to go through something hard but come out the other end better for it. You have the discipline  and determination ro overcome obstacles and from some kind of evil find some good out of it.

Today I asked the cards why i am feeling anxious...

While shuffling the cards a King of Cups doped out, I put it to one side and finished shuffling and drew a 6 of Pentacles (reversed)

Meaning - Loss of goods or property, A loan comes due

The key words list hit me with words like Refusing to share, unpaid bills, money problums, bad debts and wasteful spending... All things that I do worry about with the up coming move to my own place again, where everything is relying on me.

It also makes we worried that a debt that should be paid to me will be forgotton, I do have people that owe me money right now and that are messing me around and that money could be used t clear some of my excesting debt.

The card that fell from the pack while shuffling was the King of cups

When cards fall when moving or shuffling I always think that it is the universe trying to tell me something, as iff the card jumped out all by itself and really wants me to see it.

Meaning - Compassion

This card has a few meanings along the lines of compassion, From lending a compassionate ear to a friend or family member or towards a mature, emosionally stable man will offer some sympathetic understanding.

The mix of these 2 cards is a worrying one, it shows that i need to take advice from someone but that someone could also cheat me from something as well, A price to pay for there advice. I can tell this is not going to be a good day

So...

I take out of this that I am on the right path, I and working my way towarsds something but while i need to learn from the pass I cant say in the past. I need a new perspective to walk forwards, Be clear in what I want but also not be selfish about getting it. Advice will come from something or someone that I would not expect to help.

I need to keep my mind on my goal and keep a solid foundation of work and family happy and strong. Also being moderate and not go off the rails to much and if i dont fources on this then some things i have been working towards will fail to happen.

I really enjoyed this reading and i think it really helped in putting my mind an anxiety to rest a little

Monday 25th Jan

Today I am starting this up again and since i stopped doing my daily tarot i feel like i have lost myself a little (Lets just say that life has turned up side down since my last posting)

Today I pulled (with the help of my workmate and fast becoming good friend Gemma) The Wheel:
Major Arcana 10.

This seems to be a very positive card, meaning a change for the better, The way i am looking at it; its about a change that is going to bring new life into me, With the move back to my flat happening (hopefully) on Sunday I think this is a really good start and a push to tell me that I am on a good path in the direction that I am heading.

New Book and Deck

On Saturday I got myself a new book and deck from Watkins books (http://www.watkinsbooks.com/)

The new book is Tarot - Plan and Simple by Anthony Louis

A pretty simple book but it does just as much for the reverse cards as it does for not up right one, Something my other book does not touch apoe and was one of the main reasons for getting it.

The deck was Tarot of the new vision

I wanted a more trdishal deck, something to make my learning more simple as my Love-craft deck is a little more tricky.

Trouble is that im not normal and i like things to be a little different. What makes this set different is that its from behind the subject - So you normally seeing it from the front and with this set you see from behind, seeing that the fool or the king might see instead of just seeing them... the Magician for exsample has a monkey behind his back and that really spoke to me
